Outkast kicked off their 20 anniversary with their first festival performance at The Coachella Valley Art and Music Festival late Friday night.

Fans were able to check out the show via YouTube and check out the historic group perform some of their greatest hits. The group performed songs from almost every area in their careers including “Rosa Parks,” “SpottieOttieDopaliscious,” “B.O.B,” “Miss Jackson,” and many tracks from their solo projects.

Janelle Monae and Future also performed with the crowd, with Future even performing a song from his new album Honest.

From home, many fans were able to spot the group’s issues with sound and a weary crowd. With the group prepared to bring out Killer Mike for their final song “The Whole World,” the music was cut off due to the strict time limit.

Some fans were disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm with the crowd, sound issues and the duo’s chemisty.

With the show ending abruptly, the crowd was just as confused as the group. As they left the stage, Andre 3000 told fans, “”I know it’s kind of weird, 20 years later n’ s***…. but thank y’all for coming”.
